Presently, I am working with Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd. I am serving Maqsoodapur Unit as Vice President (Unit Head) & Zonal Head (Operations)-EZ.

Earlier, I was working with M/S Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer.I was responsible for handling and managing the entire sugar and distillery units operations. In the company i have expanded the sugar plant capacity from 5200 TCD to 7500TCD and distillery capacity from 25 KLPD to 120 KLPD . At the same time on the other front, optimized the manpower as per requirement of work and closed the AVOGI system which was prevailing in company since 60 years . Before joining this organization, for about 14 years I have been working with Mawana Sugar Works and worked with different capacities. In this organization, I have travelled my carrier from Add. Manager (Eng.) to G M (Eng.) and earned a rich experience. It was really a very good journey with multi-talented people.
