Responsible for developing and maintaining automation software to support Manual revision, file management and index processing. Building Active Server web pages to host online manuals. Creating SQL database tables. Developing workflow practices, checklists, and online metrics tools for distribution of Aircraft Technical manuals, Engineering Documents and On-line Company Manuals.

I worked for Moeen in two Toys R Us stores. At the first location I was responsible for general merchandise displays, in particular, the game wall. At the second location I was Manager of the Electronics department; responsible for the merchandising and sales for video and computer games, musical instruments, etc. Under his guidance I found Moeen to be a fair and equitable supervisor; detail oriented and able to think and work 'outside the box' while encouraging his employees to do the same. In addition to giving valuable guidance he encouraged me to make adjustments in processes and merchandising as I found appropriate.
