My site designs, in compliance with local, state, FAA, TCEQ, TxDOT, and TDLR regulations, have included preliminary engineering reports; street reconstruction plans, profiles and cross sections; hydrologic and hydraulic drainage studies, flood plain analysis, designs of channels, culverts, storm drains, and detention ponds; site water quality pond and innovative controls design; naturalized channel restoration and scour mitigation; design of water, reclaimed water and wastewater lines including profiles and cross sections; temporary traffic control plans, roadway signage, and pavement marking plans; concrete pavement joint plans; grading and general layout; erosion & sedimentation control and tree protection plans; bridge design and inspection; design of watsewater treatment facilities; marina and boat launch design; structural engineering; architectural design; and various associated details. I have also prepared full construction documents, specifications, construction cost estimates, SWPPP, and project scheduling; prepared Water Pollution Abatement Plan Applications for TCEQ approval; coordinated with subsurface utility engineering contractors; coordinated with and attended AULCC meetings; coordinated with TxDOT for approval of design, coordinated with City of Austin AWU, Right-of-Way Management, and Watershed Protection Engineering for approval of design; provided peer review and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) for other projects; and obtained development permits though various municipalities and counties in Texas and Michigan.
