As a recipient of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I am well equipped with the skills and understanding to achieve the responsibilities I am required to uphold. My background includes experience in clerical work, customer service, banking, and billing reimbursement. I have performed a variety of tasks including managing and training personnel, setting record statistics as a customer service representative, and drafting and analyzing data reports. I also have proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 2010 Programs including: Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point.Being an effective organizer and planner has attributed to my successes in my chosen career.
