I am an Agri Business Management student with a robust background in leadership and practical experience. At university, I was an executive member of the Student Council and the president of the Green Roots Club. I actively participated in various extracurricular activities, including Shark Tank VGU, CODE RED Triathlon, the annual university fest, and social extension activities. Through these experiences, I gained valuable skills in project planning and management, event management, SWOT analysis, team management, and leadership.As a hands-on learner constantly eager to acquire new knowledge, I have also worked on a farmer survey focused on the "lack of adoption of modern technologies by farmers," a SIDBI Bank program in collaboration with my institution. Currently, I am the founder of CropSync, a startup dedicated to revolutionizing agriculture through innovative solutions. Our services include rapid on-field soil testing, IoT devices for crop disease and pest detection, bio-fertilizers, and farm advisory kiosks. These experiences have equipped me with a unique blend of academic knowledge and real-world skills, driving my passion for advancing agricultural practices and technology adoption.
