A majority of my professional life has been customer-minded across various industries.From my first job as a Customer Support Specialist with a Division 1 Wal-Mart location, where I first learned face-to-face customer service, to the almost 8 years spent as a POS Technical Support Rep and 1 year as acting Technical Writer for Teleflora, I have learned to not only cater to the unique needs of customers but also how to communicate effectively and professionally. But, my skills do not stop at customer service, as I also have experience in the manufacturing industry, working in inventory management as well as production. I have an AAS in Business Technology with over a decade of experience in computer and network support. This includes desktop and server support, printers and network devices, and software support to list a few. I am currently pursuing my BA in Professional & Technical Writing, with a focus on documentation. To date, I have been recognized on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Chancellor's List for all completed semesters. However, I pride myself on my ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills to better serve customers and companies alike, most often self-taught.
