Mentored and developed the safety leadership abilities of 37 terminal leaders at 8 facilities across 6 states. Organized and deployed in-depth classroom, hands-on, operational, and equipment training to 150+ new-hires during employee insourcing at 5 terminal locations. Introduced mission-critical expectations to ensure regulatory compliance, CPR/AED, and Hazardous Materials training were completed per the safety plan.• Spearheaded annual enterprise level safety plan integrating leading indicators of leadership, engagement, training, and accountability responsibilities with stakeholders at every level of the organization.• Ensured Lytics DriveCam fleet tracking driver safety program was being accurately utilized by terminal leaders to monitor 200+ inboard and outboard facing vehicle cameras to proactively reduce at-risk driver behaviors and driver rules, policies, and procedures violations.• Architected SharePoint based safety site for organizational leaders to quickly access safety resources and display progress on leading indicators.• Served as key content contributor in Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) Vendor Safety Taskforce to author industry level OSHA based safety manual for maintenance and operations at all intermodal facilities and ports in North America. • Qualified equipment operator and effective employee trainer of: Rubber Tire Gantry crane, Rail Mounted Wide-Span crane, Reach Stacker, and Spotter Truck.
