Responsible for profitability of 10 manufacturing assets generating revenue of over $400 million. Growing earnings through managing: price, asset utilization, product strategy, and capital investment. Managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, maturity, and discontinuation.

Sold chemicals to treat acid gas (including CO2/carbon) and liquid streams, primarily within the refining, natural gas, syngas, power, hydrogen and biogas sectors. Managed all aspects of the sales process ranging from origination, to closing, to ongoing customer support. Customer base ranged from established Fortune 50 companies to start-ups. Evaluated opportunities to develop new technologies.

Developed and executed decarbonization strategy of power and steam steam business. Originated, negotiated, and completed solar and wind purchase power agreements (PPAs) that launched Dow to becoming one of the top industrial renewable energy users. Co-managed purchasing and sales of electricity for Dow's Gulf Coast power plants. Structured and created contracts related to the divestiture of the chlor-alkali business. Developed materials for the CEO and other executives on energy and climate government policy.

Developed business plans to invest in and launch new products/businesses. Evaluated markets, product & sales strategy, manufacturing strategy, and created financial projections to build the case for investment.

Advised on research related to improving U.S. competitiveness in clean energy manufacturing.

Awarded grant for research on organic solar photovoltaic nanotechnology. Developed and conducted research experiments, culminating in the defense and publication of my Thesis.
