I was an ITC Tehnician and receptionist. I undertook the experience at my primary school ( wychall primary school ) I was called out to numerous classrooms to fix computer difficulties such as installing softwares, programming and mainly set ups. I was required to gain skills with various packages to answer the user queries and I had to convert PCs currently on one networking system to another. I am familiar with PCs hardware components as many computers had to have elements changed or upgraded.
