The purpose of the Steering Healthy Minds pilot program was to:gain insights from organisations running mental health first aid/peer to peer support programsrun a program in a new organisation to determine if the program could be successful on a wider scale.

This position had me working closely with local managers and team members to identify safety issues and then work cooperatively to develop solutions that improved the overall safety of the work performed by the outdoor teams.
