Physician and staff training/education on the proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms; keep physicians/staff abreast of the latest procedures and products; meeting with existing and potential clients (physicians, ASCs) to identify clinical needs needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals; developing relationships with hospital and ambulatory surgery center personnel through conversation and meetings to make new contacts

Provide technical, educational, and sales support to nationally and internationally based Medtronic Navigation customers and employees with proficiency in the O-Arm, TREON/Stealth Station family of MNav products.Served as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in the areas of troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for Medtronic O-Arm and Navigation systems.
