As a full-time student at Azusa Pacific University as well as a full time Operations Assistant with Shepard Exposition Services, Richard is capable of time management and continues to focus on growth in learning about what makes a great business leader. Richard is a strong asset in both learning and handling management operations. He has excelled in management roles at Shepard Exposition Services as well as South Hills Country Club and Hotshots Pressure Washing, where he showcased leadership, as well as how to manage operations successfully. He is best known for his positive outlook, adaptability, and the way he initiates hard work within a group of people. Richard’s qualities and beliefs stand out in the work environment, and always lead him to new opportunities as well as promotions. He has become a major asset of the Shepard team, as he has implemented new safety standards, as well as a better inventory system. Richard is on track to complete his Bachelor degree in Business Management in December 2018 from Azusa Pacific University. Here he developed specialized analysis of business management, critical thinking, and leadership.
