- Executive supervising all aspects of animal husbandry, veterinary care, conservation initiatives, and educational programming for Division of Animal Care & Conservation, which includes Departments of Animal Care (including Children’s Aquarium at Fair Park through Aug 2021), Animal Health, Education, and Conservation.- Collaborate with Dallas Zoo’s Executive team to ensure that Texas’ oldest and largest zoo provides outstanding experiences to guests, profound educational moments to students and teachers, meaningful relationships with Board members and donors, and fulfilling professional opportunities to staff, interns and volunteers.- Build mutually beneficial relationships with community and conservation partners, interpreting thesepartnerships internally in order to build support, from every level of the organization.- Manage Division’s operating budget, ensuring teams manage expenses appropriately and meet revenue targets.
