My primary role at Metric was to manage and maintain all our production plant's "Dealer Parts Orders"as well as working with other departments to ensure swift execution of various dealer requests. When Ientered this position there was a back log of almost 2 months worth of DPOs, within 2 weeks I successfullycompleted all backlogs and organized the procedures involved into a process that is now managed dailyand kept up to date.My secondary role was Line Move Captain which requires me to organize safe and efficient Mod movingthroughout the plant, I led a team of 6 people (4 spotters and 2 drivers).I was often tasked with watching over new employees and guiding people through new tasks.Over the course of the almost 2 years I spent with Metric I had the pleasure of being a part of almostevery department.
