1. Managing the PMO (Program Management Office). · Refining the PMO reports with inputs from all relevant team members and without assigning Consultants. · Sending reminders to all PMO users to update their projects on a monthly basis. · Aligning the Projects in the PMO to that of the Strategic Plan Initiatives. · Training new staff on PMO took kit and helping them to create and update their projects on a monthly basis.2. Producing the PMO monthly reports. · Producing PMO monthly reports, one page traffic signal reports and Critical Status reports to the top management on a monthly basis. · Highlighting the critical issues for the Senior Management. · Producing additional reports for the Senior Management. Preparation of Strategic Plan and Budget Alignment. · Prepare the Strategic Plan for UPC with inputs from all internal departments and ensure all the requirements of GSEC are met including the Budget alignment with the Strategic Initiatives.4. Performance Management System. · Preparation of Quarterly reports · Preparation of Semi-annual and annual reports. · Preparation of Initiative Prioritization schedules.5. Assisting Strategic Affairs Director in UPC Strategy Execution Externally. · Regular coordination across Cross-Governmental Organizations to alignment of Strategic Plan.6. Assisting Strategic Affairs Director in UPC Strategy Execution Internally. · Regular coordination inside the organization with various team leaders and members for the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan.
