My focus has been deeply rooted in analyzing, investigating, and elucidating the qualifying regulations and statutes essential for advancing the Secretary of Labor’s mission, aimed at providing critical support to Americans in need.As a recognized subject matter expert on the CFR 618 regulatory structure, my responsibilities have included responding to an average of 20 technical assistance requests weekly, offering guidance and recommendations to ensure adherence to OTAA program guidelines and policies. My advisory role has extended to companies, legislators, and other key stakeholders, providing them with insights and best practices for achieving their objectives within the framework of DOL OTAA policies, including specialized investigations into DACA recipient eligibility.I've also been instrumental in developing and disseminating legislative documents, policy guidance, and technical assistance strategies, enhancing the operational efficiency and impact of the TAA program across various agencies. This role demanded a proactive approach to education and advocacy, leading me to conduct regional presentations to sizable audiences, where I shared essential data, addressed common challenges, and outlined best practices for engaging with the OTAA Petition process. Furthermore, I've embraced the responsibility of mentoring new hires and developing team members, ensuring our collective success in supporting the labor community.

A significant achievement was my appointment as the primary contact for Delphi Technologies in response to major international trade disruptions. Under the guidance of the lead Project Manager, my efforts were pivotal in facilitating professional retraining and unemployment assistance for workers impacted by shifts in international trade.My responsibilities included the initial review of petitions, crafting and submitting Business Confidential Data Requests (BCDRs), and conducting detailed independent research to validate worker claims. Through meticulous assessment of submitted data and comprehensive analysis, I played a key role in determining the eligibility for unemployment assistance under Federal Regulation Title 20, Chapter 5, Part 618. My dedication to this role led to the successful completion of 197 investigations, directly contributing to the provision of benefits for 13,816 individuals affected by international trade changes, underscoring my commitment to supporting workforce adaptation and resilience.
