Project Management Professional with over 20+ years experience in the public and private sector. Owner of PMO Forward, a project management consultancy that specializes in project management and process improvement via internally developed PMO's (project management office). PMO Forward works with small to mid-size businesses, organizations, government agencies, and non-profits, implementing best of breed processes, tools, and techniques.

Current responsibilities supporting the Division of Public Health include but are not limited to:  Develop and maintain tactical and strategic technology plans to align with near term and 3-year business plans defined and provided by Programs and Business Units. Communication with various levels of stakeholders and Leadership providing status reporting and dashboard views that support executive level decision-making. Collaborative and cross-functional planning with specific Programs and/or Business Groups to ensure technological advances and compliance with policies and standards with the Delaware Department of Technology and Information (DTI) Application of best of breed project management processes and principles within the Public Health sector to include change management policies and processes to include predictive and agile methodologies.  Facilitate and participate in system development life cycles, (SDLC) customer relationship, quality, risk, communication, and change, management processes. Collaboration and facilitation of troubleshooting activities with technical teams to identify and resolve application and infrastructure issues. Administrative processes and agreements to include contract administration, security policies and documents, RFP (request for proposal) creation, review, and scoring.  Supervision of merit employees and external vendors supporting multiple technical initiatives in various stages of development and in dynamic technical environments. Experience working within PMO (Project management Office) environments. Knowledge of and application of strategic planning, processes, and tasks.  Promote successful and productive working relationships with an emphasis on teamwork and communication to include servant leadership principles. Present demonstrations and leading of effective meetings.  Engage in active listening and conflict resolution.

 Ensured daily operation of 24 x 7 mission critical software for statewide paratransit and fixed route transportation services.  Experience in all phases of system development life cycle development. Utilization of technical tools and application configurations to provide technical solutions.  Vendor management, including budgeting, representing State of Delaware interests, supervising technical staff to meet the needs of program users.
