I've been in the survey industry for over 20 years with 14+ years specifically within the land development aspect of surveying. I have experience in most fields of surveying and have seen many unique solutions to some very unique surveying obstacles. I’ve had the opportunity to gain experience in many roles that the world of surveying offers. My professional experience includes: preparing field packs for the crews to use, help assist field crews with questions or issues, scheduling, research and deed sketching rural and urban tracts, boundary analysis, drafting, QA/QC, design topo's,. I've been involved in preparing proposals and cost estimates for all types of surveying deliverables. A large portion of my career was spent successfully managing the coordination of construction contractors, civil engineers and clients for several large master planned communities simultaneously, from inception through delivering lots to the builders.
