Lead Senior Administrative , i am responsible for providing business and office administrative support to designated Manager. I take care of anything and everything from travel arrangements, timesheets and expense claims through to ensuring that diaries are up to date and events and meetings are well organised. I keep communications flowing and records up to date, troubleshoot IT issues and ensure a well-stocked stationery cupboard or presentable meeting spaces. Pro-active in picking up tasks and thinking ahead.
