• Accounts: Independent Charge of Accounts Department, Finalization of Balance Sheet of group companies, filing of Income Tax Return, TDS return, and assessment of income tax cases, sales tax cases and TDS cases, coordination with statutory auditor and assistance to advocate for CIT(A), ITAT, sales tax appeal. • Banking and Finance: Dealing in Forex Transaction, Dealing with banks under consortium for EPC/ PCFC/ CC limits/ term loans, bank guarantee and Letter of Credit, preparation of monthly stock statement , MSOD, FFR-I, FFR-II and CMA data for renewal of limits. Company was availing fund base limit of INR 41crores and non-fund base limit INR 20 crores under consortium member.

• Accounts: Independent Charge of Accounts Department, Finalization of Balance Sheet of group companies, filing of Income Tax Return, TDS return, Sales tax return, and assessment of Income tax cases, sales tax cases and TDS cases, coordination with statutory auditor and assistance to advocates for CIT(A), ITAT, sales tax appeal as well as handled Income tax search and seizure/survey.• Banking and Finance: Dealing with banks under consortium for EPC/ PCFC/ CC limits / term loans, bank guarantee and Letter of Credit, preparation of monthly stock statement, MSOD, FFR-I, FFR-II and CMA data for renewal of limits.
