Preparing monthly PPM for engine parts.Managing a shift and lead the shop floor PQC team. Allotting work to trainees as per daily agenda.  Escalating problems to suppliers by raising PPR & taking Interim Containment Action to avoid line stoppage.  Reviewing 8D reports & submitting the documents to management.  Reviewing FMEA & Control Plan for quality problems and revising them by verifying corrective actions.  Conducting SPC (Statistical Process Control) for critical parts periodically.  Analyzing root causes & potential causes for problems using 7QC tools.  ISIR & 4M change sample parts follow up and assembling with engine for testing.  Preparing check sheets and inspection standards for localization & SOP event.  Preparing Fit & function report and actual adaptation report for ISIR & 4M Sample parts.  Conducting incoming inspection, purity inspection and dimensional inspection as per plan & GD&T.  Conducting patrolling inspection for identifying process related issues & parts related problems.  Measuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers and height gauges.

Specialize in Advanced Fujifilm Prescale Check (Pressure Impression Test) for gasket & Sealant Areas.  Carrying out bolt elongation test & axial force test as per plan.  Skilled in engine assembly machine validation check.
