- Develop and execute strategies for mobile banking initiatives, aligning with the overall goals and strategy of the organization.-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Bank Operation Team, and senior leadership, to gather requirements and implementation for the mobile banking platform.-Oversee the development and implementation of mobile banking initiatives, including the roll-out of new features and functionality.-Track and report on the performance of the mobile banking platform, using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.-Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote mobile banking to customers, including through the development of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.-Manage and coordinate the work of Branches, Call Center, L1 L2 Tech Support as needed to support mobile banking initiatives.-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in mobile banking, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies or approaches to improve the mobile banking experience for customers.

-Lead and manage the delivery of complex projects or initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.-Manage project risks and issues, working with team members to identify and implement solutions as needed.-Facilitate project meetings and communications, including regular updates to project stakeholders and senior leadership.-Coordinate the work of team members, Cyber Security Team, and Architect Team as needed to support project delivery.- Oversee and find innovative ways to improve the Software Development and CICD

-Understands the existing information assets, business processes, organisational structures,information, and application infrastructure-Gaining the knowledge, skills and tools to know what’s needed and possible to change and can support-Supporting/Recommendation to decision-maker for planning and decision-making the IT strategy , technology selection aliging with business strategy roadmap by providing coordinated views of the entire organisation-Provides IT transparency for business stakeholders, and is the bridge between business strategy and IT execution

IT Product Owner develops and drives the Product development from IT Side. He or She provides constant feedback to the team and helps the team to follow this vision by Business PO. His or Her biggest challenge is to ensure that the team know the accurate details what they are expected to build. He/She must develop a deep understanding of the target market/industry , build a close relationship with major stake holders and define the clear business strategy for the product with business.
