Design strategies to build and maintain an efficient cutting edge recruiting organization. Represents NA recruiting organization on steering committees and coordinates with International to build cooperative best practices. Works with Recruiting Directors, Resource Managers and individual Recruiters to capture, develop, train and mentor HYDUS recruiting best practices. Responsible for recommending tools and building social media programs such as Twitter, Face Book, Chatter and LinkedIn to expand HYDUS brand and more effectively build candidate pipelines. Researches and develops new initiatives to propel HYDUS to the industry forefront.
