Currently I am working in Johnson Controls India as IT-Analyst and my roles and responsibilities are below:- • Installing OS and software.• Laptop preparation via SCCM for OS & App Deployments• First point of contact for end users reported issues via Service Now• Understanding & troubleshooting of user's issues• Wi-Fi, Lan, Printer troubleshooting• Technical troubleshooting and logical analysis of Issues, taking ownership and driving towards closure.

Worked with KUFI CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED as System Admin on the project of PC Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. from Nove-2019 to Jan-2022. I had joined PCFS in Sept-2019 but after three three month moved to KUFI. On the same project. :- • Managing DHCP and DNS & AD.• Installing OS and software.• Coordinating with ISP vendor and resolving issue.• Install and house the hardware, software & network on floor for agents.• Monitor and maintain Server room environment.• Maintain dialer (Yeastar & C-Zentrix) & telephony systems.• Reporting problems and tracking changes to the system.• Control access to the server/hub room.• Maintain Host name, IP address (es) & Power user on all systems.• Monitor & updating policies on Sophos firewall.• Keep documentation of passwords & active devices list (All IT INFRA).• Maintain assets list with serial number, make, model & configuration.• Install operating system and apply updates and patches.• Basic Windows Server and Workstation OS and Application Administration.• Manage backup setup & restore of devices configuration & recordings.• Tracking IT Equipment’s with vendor & also follow-up for configuration issues.• Handling biometric installation & punching related issues.• Develop expertise to train staff on technologies.

Worked with Keen & Able Computer Pvt. Ltd as Desktop Support Engineer on the project of Tech Mahindra Limited from Jan-2018 to May-2019.• Making system inventory. • Day to day monitoring Desktop/Laptop.• Monitoring BMC and work on Tickets & update work info as per Tickets.• Providing our Best Support for all Projects in the Building• Configuring laptop /desktop • Time to time remove systems from AV, Nexthink SCCM & AD servers coordinating with client and vendor.• Monitoring HUB room & Server room.
