I just started this company recently. I own some properties in a prime real estate community with golf coarse spring fed lakes and other amenities. I will build on these to expand my business. I have been a landlord in the past for my own property and decided I need an LLC to scale my business appropriately.

I was a volunteer for a friend who taught me the Business as I shadowed the day-to-day as well as bringing him customers for free as I learned everything he had to offer.it was an excellent learning experience! I was planning on possibly going into the Mortgage Business for myself However; the Market took a dive in 2008. I decided to stay at my current employer for a better opportunity at that time!

I acquired customers and sales reps under myself for ACN which at the time was a Multi level Marketing company that promoted Ericson GE cell phones and LCI International long distance service.They offered an excellent sales training that I attended regularly.
