I was a Student Advocate on the Board of Trustees and member of Florida Student Association. My cabinet and I advocated for student health, and study space on a local and State level. We increased student mental health services and support on campus with more counselors and remote/virtual support systems and SGA funded food pantry for students. I initiated and created the first student dedicated location on campus to promote healthy living by giving students a safe and comfortable place outdoors to study and be creative, while being able to work and collaborate with fellow students. My cabinet and I organize, managed, and maintained a 200k+ Budget for all student organizations I supported my fellow SGA members to uphold and create new legislature/amendments creating support and structure for future Student Government leaders, and future student clubs/organizations that allowed students an avenue to join and create their own communities within the University.

I Lead a team of students to create campus wide events for the University students and staff of 1,700 with a focus to increase campus involvement and increase University moral. I created, planned, and managed 90K+ budget that created and grew campus involvement and student culture.• Events created: FL PolyCon (Cultural Event): 1,700+ attendees, E-sports (Professional Video Games) tournaments: 200+ attendees, Field Day activities: 400+ attendees.

I Created 3D assemblies of wastewater pump installation sites to pinpoint failure points and streamline installation procedures to assist installers to understand the proper procedures to take. I assisted in Project Management, working with clientele and engineering development to determine the optimal devices to be implemented, in addition to creating technical documents for customers demonstrating use and repair of pumps.

I Created events promoting community engagement, physical wellness, and life skills for residents to grow during their university experience. I provided mentorship for 30+ residents that I personally oversaw and supported in their educational, personal, and career paths. I organize residential documents; maintain student information confidential as it relates to FERPA and FFHA, as well as serve on-call duty rotation weekly; inspect residence hall for safety concerns and violations.

I introduced incoming Freshman to University life, and helped guide them through their next stage in life. I mentored many students and helped them decide what path they want to go down. This was a great opportunity as it allowed me to connect with new people and develop my social skills to not only be a leader but to be a friend.
