I have had the benefit to work on several kinds of presses through out the years. From 2 / 4 color sheet feed presses to multi web presses. I have had the privilege to travel to the U.S.A. to assist on a work over load situation for two months. I've been a press lead hand for 20 + years. Training is a great thing when it goes both ways. I was very fortunate to be able to co-ordinate, influence, and reward my crew members as they helped me to be creative, dependable. My crew became very productive and efficient as we grew together as a team. As my trade now comes to an end, it's time to move onto new challenges and meet other interesting people.
