Mark Hamrick joined Superior Energy Services as Corporate & Commercial Counsel in November 2024. He has over a decade of experience representing global clients within the energy sector and across a wide range of other industries in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and other complex transactional, commercial, securities, governance, and compliance matters. In 2020, Mark founded Iosis Digital Inc., a globally-scaled Bitcoin mining and digital asset management company, where he served as CEO until the company was acquired in 2024. Mark’s recent professional experience also includes serving as a partner in the M&A practice of Egan Nelson LLP. Prior to that he was a senior associate in the corporate departments of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Mark is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and holds a B.A. from the Honors College at the University of Southern Mississippi and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
