Analyze and register journal requests for accounting records validating their documentation vs. the amount requested.Deliver monthly reports on the status of provisions to the KLA local finance organizations. Elaboration of monthly reconciliations of balance accounts maintaining the standard 90-day aging control.Realize end of month cost center allocations in different plants both Mexico and KLA. Communication with the MOE TPC of KLA factories for the upload of the yearly factory expense budget.Review and release standard cost for raw, pack and finished products into the accounting systems for Mexico & Latin-American. Register the daily and monthly exchange rates for operations in La. Monthly foreign currency revaluation of non-monetary items. Automation initiatives such as formulas & shortcuts in work files, mapping of processes, renovation of the area´s sharepoint portal.

3 month project activities:Working on the annually required Sox 404 Internal Control round in latin american plantsReconciliation between data registered in SAP vs. documented evidence.Testing the internal processes and risk management controls such as the receipt of raw materials from vendors and follow up to rejections or refunds.
