Senior Engineering ConsultantBoeing Ids-Wichita Aug 2002 - May 2006V5 Process Development Team— A member of the V5 Process Team that had been tasked to develop training and processes to implement ENOVIA, CATIA V5 and DELMIA at Boeing IDS-Wichita. Additional responsibilities included supporting the RRE (Rapid Reverse Engineer) Project. Supported several different programs along with my duties on the V5 Process Team. Some of those programs include: ABL, KC-135, KC-10, Speckled Trout (VIP Aircraft), C-130, E-6 and E-4B. Was IDS-Wichita CATIA V4/V5 Focal those responsibilities include troubleshooting and setting up group/file accesses on the PC as well as CATIA V4/V5.Derivative & Tanker Upgrades—Developed approximately 50% of the drawing trees for the development of the 767 Tanker program. Additional responsibility as administrator for 767 Tanker group computer account accesses and was responsible for all data transfer between Italy and Boeing Wichita. Provide CATIA file storage and organization for 767 Tanker Program.

Coordinated and verified design efforts between the Boeing and TRW.Airborne Laser Program (ABL), Boeing Space and Defense, Wichita, KS, Nov 1998 – Mar 2002 System Design Engineer—Boeing focal for all computer generated aircraft structure, which was utilized by TRW for the mounting of the chemical system lines. These chemical systems power a COIL Laser utilized by the Airborne Laser Program (ABL). Responsible for interference checks between fifteen unique chemical systems installed in the aircraft and to provide solutions to those interferences without compromising system operation. I helped develop the aircraft mounting locations for several thousand-interface locations to support the chemical laser plumbing systems.Data Coordination Focal—Responsible for all data transfers between TRW and Boeing Wichita. Responsible for all CATIA file storage and organization for the Laser Plumbing effort on the ABL Program. Travelled frequently to TRW located in El Segundo, CA and Edwards Air Force base on behave of the company for coordination of the project and negotiations.
