I'm an interdisciplinary design engineer, educator and environmental activist, passionately driven to tackle global challenges through innovative design and community-led initiatives. As the Founder and Director of Solarpunk Industries, I lead projects that merge design, engineering, sustainability, and education to create real-world solutions for environmental issues. A generalist by trade, I love to work across various disciplines, cross-pollinating, experimenting, and inventing. Some of the things I have worked on include a low-cost AI-driven water quality monitoring system, a device that gives a glimpse of the future of cooling, stools designed using sound, an AI conversational assistant for museums & galleries and indigenous robotics systems for protecting the Amazon Rainforest. My mission is to craft hope for both humanity and the planet to create a future where nature and technology coexist harmoniously, fostering a deeper regenerative connection with the natural world.
