Senior Technology Manager
CurrentAs a senior engineering manager, I provide strategic direction and operational guidance to 4 teams. My teams are responsible for building applications, automation workflows, and data platforms to advance the Distributed Products Department, Medline's largest product division that generates $11 billion in annual revenue. Additionally, they work closely with the Sales Operations Department, whose focus is on delivering technology solutions for customers.My team is known for its strength in innovation, collaboration, and execution. We are constantly looking for new and better ways to solve problems and deliver value to our customers. We are also highly collaborative, and we work closely with other teams across the company to achieve our common goals.In my role, I am responsible for setting the strategic direction for my teams, overseeing the execution of our projects, and developing and coaching my team members. I am also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the company.I am a strong advocate for my team and I am always looking for ways to help them succeed. I am also passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
