- Understanding business requirements and mapping them to system requirement specifications- Incorporating changes/modifications in the project as required- Accountable for project planning, execution, status tracking- Accountable for supplier deliveries to project – handling of SIPD and APQP planning- Conducting process and system studies and coordinating with team members for system design & integration, validation and release- Providing guidelines and basic training to team members- Delivering and implementing project as scheduled and ensuring compliance to quality standards- Conducting preliminary study and analysis of customer design specification- Planning and co-ordinating with team to achieve set QDCF targets of projects- Securing part deliveries for project’s V&V plans- Resource and Effort Levelling- Complete V-cycle development and maintain product structure- Organize meetings with stakeholders to present progress of Project- Identify work improvements areas and accordingly plan and practice improvements
