  • Interface with all sales staff, customers, dealers as needed to ensure timely and accurate coordination of sales order requirements. Serves both Sales staff and customers as contact person and source of information on particular jobs.• Maintain accurate information relating to Sales and orders information and associated customer records.• Be front end associate with a direct contact with Customer organization on logistics.• Establish and maintain rapport with assigned dealer accounts.• To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and coordination with Accounts to issue Performa invoices to our customers as required.• Consistently work with other departments to fulfill sales staff and customer needs.• Order processing with regional headquarters with accurate POs (for both product and Services) and approved cost sheets; coordinate with EGS and sales team for the advance payments, shipment dates and other related documents (ensure timely shipment happens)• Assistance in documentation related to custom clearance of all the products shipped to the customers.• Recording and maintenance of Sales and service contracts periodically (monthly/quarterly) as is necessary for the operations with necessary reconciliations.• Understanding and preparation of cost sheet of products for commercial transactions.• Provide needed information to internal departments such as Order Administration to aid in expediting orders and meet customer needs.• Initiate process in completion of Reseller trainings and certifications in the region.• Fair degree of understanding and knowledge with a hands on experience on popular CRM toolslike Sales Force dot com or similar.• Understanding of Software business an added advantage.
