As a passionate and dedicated professional in the Automation domain, I have built a career on the foundation of innovation, continuous improvement, and learner mindset. My journey began as a Platform Engineer, where I deployed RPA tools like NICE systems and set up comprehensive platforms from ideation to deployment and maintenance. I also played a pivotal role in setting up the Blue Prism RPA tool on Azure cloud, integrating databases, Active Directory, Data Gateways and creating environments for a seamless development lifecycle.Transitioning into an RPA Developer role, I developed complex workflow bots, including multibot architectures, and created reusable components that significantly reduced development time. I defined and implemented best practices, maturing the process framework to serve as a robust skeleton for new bot development.As a Senior Developer, I took on responsibilities such as reviewing peer code, leading the Technical Review Board for solution design reviews, and training colleagues on Blue Prism, Power Platform, and Power Automate Desktop. My role also involved assisting peers in development and driving smaller Continuous Improvement projects to enhance automation, cost savings, and process improvement.My expertise in the Power Platform allowed me to create solutions that streamlined mundane and disparate processes, leading initiatives, upskilling teams, and developing roadmaps in the field of RPA. I enabled teams to delve into Intelligent Automation by integrating products like AI Builder, Abbyy, and Cognitive Services such as GenAI for intelligent document processing and OCR.I am always at the forefront of upskilling myself with new technologies such as Power Platform, RPA, and Gen AI. Teaching others, staying updated on the latest tech trends, and engaging in DIY projects to maintain a learner mindset are some of my passions.My long-term goal is to become an Automation Leader, helping organizations implement the best possible automation architecture, portfolio, and solutions.
