Responsible for campaign planning, media strategy development and owned channel activations. This includes engaging with media and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and optimized to best-in-class standards.

I am responsible for the design and execution of the lifecycle program, with a key focus on onboarding, retention, cross-sell and loyalty strategies. This includes strategy definition, multi-touchpoint journey design, audience segmentation, measurement and optimisation across email, SMS, paid social and onsite personalisation channels.

The Corporate Social Responsibility team leads the business in best practices from a community engagement & responsible business practices perspective. My key focusses here were to advance the work being done in moving RACV forward in its position on ethical business practices and continue work with RACV’s many community partners.

• Project management of internal engagement survey across the business from conception of survey to roll-out across 8 sites & over 2000 staff members• Redesign and launch of RACV intranet site and pages to provide accessible, relevant and easy-to-read content • Activation of RACV Values across the business to increase adoption of new values across all RACV locations
