To collect minimum 3 quotation & prepare comparative statement for material purchase Follow up with supplier to get the material timely & within the agreed delivery schedule mentioned inPO. In case of rejection, follow up with supplier for replacement and return of their rejected material Monthly short close all non-required PO &PR, on or before 07th of the next month. To co-ordinate with stores to return the rejected materials to supplier within 03 days of rejection. To prepare & maintain record Timely release the supplier payment with co-ordinate with Accounts Dept to get better price Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company. Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices. Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers. Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate.
