My main tasks as MRO manager are:- Maintaining good customer relations and optimum sales transactions by delivering high-quality services and spare parts to customers.- Expanding the role of Vonk Chokes within the Oil & Gas industry by initiating and implementing actions, promotions and training to customers.- Providing high-quality technical support and to support customer with solicited and unsolicited advice.- Implementing and improving procedures.- Monitoring the spares’ sales targets and timely initiation of additional sales when needed;- Responsible for the realisation of the increase and the monitoring of the Services and Spares sales results.
