I am passionate about teaching and hence deliberately choose to teach several courses particularly, but not exclusively, in the area of Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Skill/Competency-based courses, Strategic Management, Marketing, Consulting, and General Management. I have experience of twenty-five years in teaching full-time students (in the discipline of Management, Engineering, Science, and Healthcare Management), executives, and working professionals. I continuously try pedagogical innovations in teaching and training programs. I have mastered experiential learning techniques and invariably use the same to the maximum extent in all the training programs and courses I teach. While using experiential learning techniques, I ensured to adapt global practices to meet local requirements. I love to be part of the institutional building. In my tenure, I had served on several committees (department, campus, and university-wide) viz. academic, research, university strategic planning, teaching workshops, recruitment, training programs, etc.
