Call connect by customers are up by 25% and call closure has improved from 70 % to 80% within 72 hrs.d)I have initiated significant changes in all touch points communication with Customers and Influencers and Users . e) Trade Engagement which was on decline was addressed head on by organizing factory visits of top 200 dealers and sharing the road map.f) Increased CAGR from 18% to 20.5% in last 2 years of my designated business area. g)Reduced attrition from 23% to 12% by providing working environment to team, playing a vital role between top management & mid management in issue settlement, customer centricity.
