In AutoScout24 I have been part of numerous mobile app and web projects. Forthe last year I have been leading the Test and Quality workstream for thecompany’s Incident Management strategy:- Analyze, monitor, improve, and implement processes for root causedetection and generate learnings to be shared across the organization.- Increase reliability of products and decrease the number of major incidents.- Follow the data driven approach for defining success criteria based onintroducing SLOs and other qualitative metrics.- Set up, extend, and maintain UI testing frameworks for development teams.To increase constantly our test coverage.- Define test scenarios covering our company’s key products.- Coordinate test development processes with the teams.- Scale limited QA capacities by introducing initiatives for companywide BetaTesting events called Bug Hunt Hero.- Host workshops for development teams regarding Agile processes bygenerating and defining criteria for DoD and DoR methodologies.

For the sake of extending my testing experience, I have decided to focus moreon Mobile App testing during that phase of my career:- Develop test automation environments for native apps on Android and iOS.- Drive evaluations for framework decisions set the foundation forarchitectural development.- Monitor constantly user reviews and promote fix forward approach.- Elaborate a Customer Success Management program together with- Customer Services department.- Mentoring QA working students in all relevant practices and processes.

As a working student I discovered my passion for Agile QA practices:- Take part in the full spectrum of Scrum ceremonies.- Gain first experience in test automation in Selenium WebDriver environment.- Establish biweekly pre-release Bug Hunt culture.- Support web-development teams with manual and exploratory testing.- Track and dispatch bug tickets in collaboration with Customer Services.
