I worked with others to increase business in all departments of a BMW dealership in Columbus Georgia.I was responsible in leading our associates and managing the processes that are proven to be successful. The company is profitable at my departure.

I was responsible for the day to day leadership of our associates in growing our business in a store near Hilton Head Island South Carolina. The store was un-profitable when I started and profitable when I left to pursue an opportunity in Columbus Georgia at BMW of Columbus.

I was hired as a General Manager in 1997 by Eddy Martinez who owned the store at the time to oversee operations of the BMW dealership in Macon Georgia. After an ownership change I retained the position of General Sales Manager in 2000 and was tasked with management of all sales operations until my departure in 2005. We had year over year sales and profit gains while enjoying great CSI scores and acheiving high market share for BMW in our area.
