Work on strtegical alliances and mange relationship with Clients, Competitors and Suppliers.Currently in charge of following subsea prospects in India and cover the shallow water and deep water subsea business - in IndiaFollowing up the new mega deep water prospects of ONGC and RIL in India and working on Partnership strategies

In addition to Subsea, took up this additional portfolio to manage Offshore business for over an year.Worked on the Offshore business prospects of ONGC along the West Coast of India. Built a new bidding relationship with an overseas EPCI Company and jointly bid for an EPCI Offshore Project valued around 500M USD

Grown the Company as the Best among all International Engineering Companies in Indonesia (employee 750+) with capability to perform Conceptual, FEED, Detail Engineering and EPCI in both Onshore and Offshore segments. Also became the first Local Company to perform in house the FEED for Chevron's deep water Gendalo-Gehem two FPUs. Started the Subsea segment in 2012 and was able to perform a deep water subsea FEED and win a major subsea EPCI Project within two years.

Responsible for all the Projects and Proposals in the Company. Reported to the President Director. Managed a team of 30+ PMs, PEs, Procurement Managers, Construction Managers, CE, Project Control Manager and PC Engineers. Actively involved in Contracts negotiation and price estimation for all Tenders.Built a team for reviewing Contracts & Scope during bidding phase and through execution phase to simplify the Change Management process.

Joined as PM and Proposals Manager. Executed FEED projects for Offshore field development for Santos, Well Head Platforms for TOTAL , Well Head Platform and FPSO for CNOOC. Involved in all the proposals prepared in the Company during these years.Significant projects won and executed include ConocoPhillips - Kerisi Well Head and Compression Platform, North Belut Compression Platform (First Float over project for Technip Indonesia - 14,000MT) and Block B Subsea Development Project.

Started as Sr Project Engr / Dy PM for INCO Nickel Mines Project, South Sulawesi. Moved on to work in ARCO Offshore Platforms Modification, TOTAL E &P's TP7, TP8 Compression Platforms as Engineering Manager.Completed FEED for a Gas Plant in Sumatra for Sannta Fe ( now owned by Petro China). Involved in preparing Proposals & Estimation for all Oil & Gas projects. Moved into Corporate Project Control Manager Position. Reported to Prresident Director.
