I have been a practicing attorney in the Perry County area for over 38 years. I served 24 years in the Perry County District Attorney’s Office, 20 of which were as the District Attorney.As District Attorney, I was involved in numerous high-profile cases including the Appalachian Trail double murder for which I obtained two death verdicts. His office was also the first to successfully defend the constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s then new mandatory drunk driving law.Several of my cases have been featured in publications as the Wall Street Journal, Pennsylvania Farm Journal, and People Magazine. One of my cases was also the subject of a “Top Cop” television episode while another was featured on the television series, Forensic Files.
