Managing the IT Operations to assist/guide the Operations team towards achieving their goals towards C & T (Collection & Transportation) of Garbages in Varanasi Municipal Corporation area. Currently handling a IT Team of 6 members for performing the following tasks - GPS Tracking and Monitoring, Route Planning and route optimization, IT Infra Service management, Biometric attendance management, CCTV management, ISP Management, IT asset management, IT-based daily and monthly reporting of Waste Management Operations, Daily, Monthly and Quarterly review of Fulfilling Client requirements and other organizational tasks.

Working as a IT Incharge in a well-known waste management company Varanasi Waste Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd.(Part of Antony Group, one of the top five players in the Indian Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) management industry), taking care of waste management of entire Varanasi District. In this profile handling - IT Infra implementation and maintenance to optimize the resource and manpower utilization, developed IT based Waste Collection Management System and consistently working to improve the accuracy of service delivery. Handling a 5 members team to monitor the daily performance of waste management to meet the service level as per contract.

Handling IKEA Supplier Portal includes-i) Contract Approval, Filing documents as per International Standards, documentation of Product Specifications and technical aspects,ii) Communication with Production team to adhere Buyers requirement and to ensure quality,iii) Material level and Product level Test Reports management,iv) Sub-suppliers management for Compliance Fulfillment,v) Dispatch Management with documentation of custom documents preparation and filing e-invoicevi) Follow-up for custom clearance of the Shipment.- Compilation, analysis & sharing the qualitative and quantitative reports withthe management team & respective officers to track the progress productionand quality status.- Setup, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of both hardware &software, local network and internet setup for uninterrupted performanceand ease of operations.- Orientation & training of staffs for their capacity building on updatedprocedures and formats.- Other documentation and IT related works required by Organization.

Developing formats for effective data collection- Compilation, analysis & sharing the qualitative and quantitative reports with the management team & respective level officers to track the progress of the cases and project goals.- Field visit for Orientating Children for the development of their basic skillsand to promote rights- Field visit for data validation and assessment to ensure the authenticity of thedata- Setup, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of both hardware &software, local network and internet setup for uninterrupted performanceand ease of operations.- Orientation & training of staffs for their capacity building- Supportive supervision to staffs on data collection and reporting formats toensure the quality of data.- Facilitation to conduct the awareness, orientation programs & workshops ateducational and other public/private institutions at district level.- Management of organization’s outreach in media and social media- Constructed website for the organization and maintaining the same.- Presentations and reports documentation for donor meetings.
