Manufacture of equipment - heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, reactors and piping from corrosion resistant alloys (CRA) including Titanium, Tantalum, Zirconium, Hastelloy ®, Niobium, Monel, Inconel, High Nickel Alloys, Duplex Stainless (Steel), Super Stainless (Steel) and Lean Duplex Stainless Steel. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Managing and Overall Supervision of Quality Assurance and Quality Controls and coordinate with management team. Develop and Establish Quality System and procedures. Providing direction and instructions of quality matters to project coordinators. Review and ensure client quality standards and specification requirements were met by the contractor. I also have extensive experience of Vendor bid evaluation, auditing, expediting and inspecting at vendors works to ensure that equipment and material is manufactured as per specified requirements and is delivered as per schedule.Being equally comfortable as a team player or working individually, I possess good interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate at all levels together with a flexible ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving, whilst retaining a strong management approach to both safety and quality.To assist with establishment, effective implementation and monitoring of the health & safety culture.

EIL, NTPC, IBR, TUV, BVIS, PDIL and many more. o Visual inspection carried before, during and after welding operations.
