Current• Develop, refine, and prioritize the Product Roadmap grounded in customer outcomes and key business objectives.• Deeply understand the cardholder's customer experience to uncover insights and opportunities, define customer problems, convert them into problem statements, and provide product solutions.• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Analysts though the product development lifecycle.• Drive deep relationships with data, design, and development teams to conduct discovery and refine the team's methodologies, anchored by customer feedback and insights.• Set standards for writing initiatives, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and drive effective product roadmapping and planning.
