Vp, Product Manager, Customer Experience
Current- Develop, refine, and prioritize the Product Roadmap grounded in customer outcomes and key business objectives.
- Deeply understand the cardholder's customer experience to uncover insights and opportunities, define customer problems, convert them into problem statements, and provide product solutions.
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Analysts though the product development lifecycle.
- Drive deep relationships with data, design, and development teams to conduct discovery and refine the team's methodologies, anchored by customer feedback and insights.
- Set standards for writing initiatives, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and drive effective product roadmapping and planning.
