My role included the development of interactive eLearning and internet solutions to support Xerox technology, services and customers. An important part of the role is providing specialised subject matter expertise on a variety of digital solutions, as well as working face-to-face with an extensive network of clients and suppliers to capture and deliver requirements.• Working with clients, authors and on-site product development teams to capture requirements and outline solutions for eLearning delivery• Work regularly with Xerox US branding teams and in-house translation teams on implementing design specifications compatible with localisation requirements• Publishing of content for the Xerox digital channels, on a multi–lingual platform using content management systems. and learning management systems.• Strong skills in development and integration of Storyline/Presenter, HTML5, XML and CSS for eLearning courses.• Curation, management and development of courses for LMS.• Extensive knowledge on the localisation and translation workflow – in relation to digital output • Improving and modifying older legacy Adobe Flash applications to ensure compatibility with current and upcoming browsers.• The design and development of overall site maps, wireframes, structures and navigation.• Designing and developing animated online banners and interactive micro-sites.• Pre and Post-Production of digital video sequences to supplement eLearning courses, video banners and short presentations.

Founded company with friend from university. Primarily created websites and eCommerce solutions for local businesses but branched out into eLearning. Created numerous short eLearning type activities for school children. Employed here for work placement, during my sandwich year at university.The company was a graphics design agency that had a small internet/multimedia team. I was employed as a multimedia developer, but also did a small amount of web development.Unfortunately the company went into administration in 1999.
