▪ Handle all Tech Mahindra SPOC and there’s Requisition.▪ Directly communicate with Tech Mahindra SPOC and Managers to understand the client need. ▪ Managing team of 10 recruiters.▪ Strategize creation of recruiting plan for high volume clients of TechM.▪ Help recruiters to understand requirements for efficiently sourcing and finding best possible resume as per TechM/Client need.▪ Responsible for achieving team and individual sales targets .▪ Help recruiters in sourcing credible applicants by using multiple Job Boards, ATS (Ceipal, Job Diva), LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.▪ Update team about everyday priority. ▪ Handling Tier-1 and Tier-2 vendors effectively for C2C technical requirements on right time and make sure to obtain RTRs/ Right to represent and Rate confirmations from the suppliers prior to submitting their consultants to TechM..▪ Hiring for Contract, Contract to hire and full-time roles on W2, C2C / Corp-Corp and OPT EADs.▪ Proactively provide coaching and full preparation of top-notch candidates before each level of interviews. ▪ Expertly maintaining the recruiting metrics, building a pipeline of candidates on hotlist for future openings, negotiate on complex pay rates, reference check and present the offer of employment for selected candidates.
