All the main Corporate Bank growth products defined in 2020 and 2021 have used Breaking Wave, with two going live in 2021. User base and revenue are doubling annually.

Our first product was nearing completion in early 2014 when we decided to adapt the product to Nokia's new strategy where devices were no longer the main focus.I defined a new programme based on some of the technology we had recently developed. I was then asked to lead a new program and was challenged with getting to market within three months.

Within the first 6 months, I recruited a team of 20 talented and experienced developers situated in London and Silicon Valley. The team delivered and presented 7 prototype applications for assessment by executive stakeholders in Nokia. One of the prototypes was taken forward as a major investment in Nokia and several others were used indirectly.
